THE WHY

OUR THREE E’S

Elevate, engage and empower youth through social and sports
initiatives.

GIRLS!

There can never be enough programs aimed at helping girls.

UNDER-PRIVILEDGE

We witnessed first hand the hard choices parents have had to make when their economic power is limited, and it is heart breaking. Therefore, we alleviate this burden a bit by offering our programming at reduce rates or free. Basically, children should be offered a respite from shouldering such burdens.

MONTREAL & PUVIRNITUQ – SUMMER

We hold three camps throughout the summer. In Puvirnituq, northern Quebec, we also train local teenagers to become animators. This ensures that our sports camp is animated by the same community it serves, the Inuit community.

Our two other camps are basketball camps, one in Cote-des-Neiges and one in Town of Mount-Royal.

9 SCHOOLS AND 1 CITY – FALL-SPRING

We introduce children from the ages of 5 years old to many different types of activities, such as, knitting, sports, photography, coding, choir, cooking and many more. The ultimate goal is to peak the curiosity of the children.

BLACK HISTORY MONTH – YEAR-ROUND

We run Black history month workshops throughout the year. We currently run the program in 3 elementary schools and 2 high schools.

CB ELITE – SPRING-SUMMER

We do tournaments with our elite basketball team. These talented athletes get the exposure they need to get to the next level but we use this as an opportunity to educate them. They have mandatory workshops to attend, including entrepreneurship, financial literacy and investment. We also have them speak with a sports psychologist and have tutors available for them if needed.
